Bherwa is a small village of 431 hectares in Sarada Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bherwa depends on Salumbar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bherwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bherwa's pin code is 313903[4], and village code is 03254800. The area of Bherwa is segregated as 25 hectares irrigated area, 55 hectares unirrigated, the 40 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 311 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Salumbar and Udaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
