Bhat-Mahuri is a small village of 85 hectares in Kushalgarh Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhat-Mahuri depends on Kushalgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bhat-Mahuri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bhat-Mahuri's pin code is 327801[4], and village code is 03496600. The area of Bhat-Mahuri is segregated as 18 hectares irrigated area, 39 hectares unirrigated, the 11 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 17 hectare area not available for cultivation.
