Bhankri is a small village of 2118 hectares in Mandrail Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhankri depends on KARAULI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bhankri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Bhankri's pin code is 322249[4], and village code is 01238200. The area of Bhankri is segregated as 120 hectares irrigated area, 261 hectares unirrigated, the 602 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 552.51 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bhankri has One post office (Bhankari B.O). The village is connected with a single bus service. Bhankri has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Bhankri is a census village in the district of Karauli, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3647 and has total administration over 650 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Karauli to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
