Bhanawas is a small village of 1032 hectares in Siwana Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhanawas depends on BALOTRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 300.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bhanawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Bhanawas's pin code is 344021[4], and village code is 02160500. The area of Bhanawas is segregated as 754 hectares irrigated area, 186 hectares unirrigated, the 28 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 64 hectare area not available for cultivation.
