Bhanas is a small village of 330 hectares in Asind Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bhanas depends on Asind, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 16.04% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bhanas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Bhanas's pin code is 311301[4], and village code is 02797300. The area of Bhanas is segregated as 70.09 hectares irrigated area, 44.02 hectares unirrigated, the 69.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 147.24 hectare area not available for cultivation.
