Bert Longin (born 26 October 1965 in Rotselaar, Flemish Brabant) is a former Belgian professional racing driver who competed in various racing competitions, including the FIA GT Championship, the Belcar Trophy, and the 24 Hours of Zolder.[1]
Racing career
Bert Longin started his racing career in the Belgian Racing Drivers Club. In 1998, he won the Belgian Procar championship. In 2000, he made his debut in the FIA GT Championship driving a Chrysler Viper GTS-R for Carsport Holland. He won the championship in 2001, driving a Chrysler Viper GTS-R for Carsport Holland alongside Anthony Kumpen. In 2002, he won the Belcar Trophy driving a Chrysler Viper GTS-R for Carsport Holland alongside Anthony Kumpen. In 2003, he won the 24 Hours of Zolder driving a Chrysler Viper GTS-R for Carsport Holland alongside Anthony Kumpen and Mike Hezemans. He retired from racing in 2014.

Bert Longin is the father of Stienes Longin, a professional racing driver who currently competes in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series driving the No. 11 Chevrolet Camaro for PK Carsport in the Elite 1 class and in Belcar Endurance Championship driving the No. 11 Norma M20 FC for Krafft Racing.
