Berdi is a small village of 2207 hectares in Bali Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Berdi depends on Bali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Berdi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Berdi's pin code is 306126[4], and village code is 02480700. The area of Berdi is segregated as 19 hectares irrigated area, 916 hectares unirrigated, the 350.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 871 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bali and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
