Bengal Talkies is an Indian media and Entertainment company headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal founded in 2019.
Background
Bengal Talkies is a Kolkata based Bengali Film Production House. It was founded by Atanu Raychaudhury [1] and Pranab Kumar Guha. The House believes in making films that carry a social message and caters to people belonging to every strata of the society. This is very clearly reflected in their very first project ‘Sanjhbati’[2][3][4] that was released on 20th December, 2019. Their second film named ‘Tonic’[5][6] which is yet to see the light of the world. Every film produced by them is a different flavour and highlights messages that people can easily communicate with and take home some important social messages.
