Bellum Octavianum was a civil war[1] that took place in ancient Rome.[2] It got its name after Octavius by Cicero.[3]

According to Michael Lovano, it ended either in late 87 BC or early 86 BC.[4] It is also argued that it started in the year 87 BC.[5]
