Sakulova was born to ethnic Armenian parents in Georgia. Father -Ruben Sakulova and mother - Knarik Paravyan.

Bella Sakulova graduated Tbilisi Technical University on specialty Hydro Construction.
Work Experience
She was working as hydro engineer at Hydro Project.
