Bela is a small village of 859.4 hectares in Bidhuna Tehsil in Auraiya district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bela depends on Bidhuna (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply which is 6.90% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers,Two canals and Two springs. Bela is also surrounded byTwo lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bela's pin code is 206251[4], and village code is 04111300. The area of Bela is segregated as 381.48 hectares irrigated area, 9.63 hectares unirrigated area. the 14.91 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 78.45 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bidhuna (NP) and Auraiya to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
