Behroj is a small village of 1710 hectares in Mandawar Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Behroj depends on KHAIRTHAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Behroj is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Behroj's pin code is 301404[4], and village code is 00784800. The area of Behroj is segregated as 574 hectares irrigated area, 439 hectares unirrigated, the 2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 197 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Behroj is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4195 and has total administration over 757 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KHAIRTHAL and Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
