Began Heri is a small village of 462 hectares in Tijara Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Began Heri depends on TIJARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Began Heri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Began Heri's pin code is 301411[4], and village code is 00815600. The area of Began Heri is segregated as 361 hectares irrigated area, 64 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27 hectare area not available for cultivation.
