Begaliyawas is a small village of 1012 hectares in Masuda Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Begaliyawas depends on Beawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Begaliyawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Begaliyawas's pin code is 305630[4], and village code is 02545200. The area of Begaliyawas is segregated as 59 hectares irrigated area, 420 hectares unirrigated, the 312 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 221.29 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Beawar and Ajmer to sell earthen pot and make their living.
