Beekawas is a small village of 1071 hectares in Amet Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Beekawas depends on AMET, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 7.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Beekawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Beekawas's pin code is 313332[4], and village code is 02989100. The area of Beekawas is segregated as 22 hectares irrigated area, 66 hectares unirrigated, the 908 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 75 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Beekawas is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 414 and has total administration over 104 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
