Beejwar is a small village of 523 hectares in Deoli Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Beejwar depends on Tonk, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Beejwar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Beejwar's pin code is 304507[4], and village code is 02610600. The area of Beejwar is segregated as 142.07 hectares irrigated area, 273.9 hectares unirrigated, the 65.8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 41.31 hectare area not available for cultivation.
