Bareela is a small village of 628 hectares in Bamanwas Tehsil in Sawai Madhopur district, also known for Ranthambore National Park in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bareela depends on GANGAPUR CITY, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bareela is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bareela's pin code is 322211[4], and village code is 01277600. The area of Bareela is segregated as 215.65 hectares irrigated area, 290.59 hectares unirrigated, the 71.57 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 50.13 hectare area not available for cultivation.
