Baracoda Daily Healthtech is a French home automation company headquartered in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, France.[1] It also has offices in New York City|New York, Shanghai, Manila, San Francisco and Hong Kong, with a manufacturing center in the Philippines.[2] Founded in 2000 by Thomas Serval, Matthieu Delporte, and Olivier Giroud alongside their invention of the first Bluetooth barcode scanner,[3] Baracoda is now known for its Internet of things innovations[4] such as its Kolibree connected toothbrushes developed in partnership with Colgate (toothpaste).[5] It also provides B2B consulting work for healthcare companies, as well as various creators of connected apps and devices.[6]
