Baori is a small village of 2728 hectares in Todaraisingh Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Baori depends on Todaraisingh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Baori is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Baori's pin code is 304505[4], and village code is 02651900. The area of Baori is segregated as 1187 hectares irrigated area, 501 hectares unirrigated, the 819 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 221 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Baori has One post office (Baori B.O) and Twenty Seven public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Baori is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2502 and has total administration over 465 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Todaraisingh and Tonk to sell ghee and make their living.
