Baori is a small village of 1354 hectares in Nawa Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Baori depends on Kuchaman City, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 732.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Baori is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Baori's pin code is 341507[4], and village code is 01783300. The area of Baori is segregated as 732 hectares irrigated area, 397 hectares unirrigated, the 185 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 40.25 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kuchaman City and Nagaur to sell earthen pots and make their living.
