Bantkhani is a small village of 319 hectares in Behror Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bantkhani depends on BEHROR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 92.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bantkhani is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bantkhani's pin code is 301020[4], and village code is 00764700. The area of Bantkhani is segregated as 92 hectares irrigated area, 175 hectares unirrigated, remaining 52 hectare area not available for cultivation.
