Bangarh is a small village of 179.1 hectares in Tulsipur Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bangarh depends on Pachperwa (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bangarh's pin code is 271203[4], and village code is 06672400. The area of Bangarh is segregated as 120 hectares irrigated area, 55 hectares unirrigated area.

Bangarh has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
