Bamori is a small village of 941 hectares in Kishanganj Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bamori depends on Baran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 298.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bamori is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bamori's pin code is 325218[4], and village code is 03887200. The area of Bamori is segregated as 652 hectares irrigated area, 97 hectares unirrigated, remaining 164 hectare area not available for cultivation.
