Baldr Hernandez Bringas (born July 27, 1990) is a Filipino lawyer who currently serves as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.[1]. He is a former Commissioner of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission under the Office of the President of the Philippines[2]
Early life and education
Bringas is the eldest son of Atty. Eduardo V. Bringas and Cielo Bringas.
He is a member of Alpha Phi Omega International Collegiate Fraternity and Sorority, and the Ateneo Law School's Fraternal Order of Utopia.
