Bakraroad is a small village of 465 hectares in Jalor Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bakraroad depends on JALOR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 219.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bakraroad is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Bakraroad's pin code is 343025[4], and village code is 02293200. The area of Bakraroad is segregated as 321 hectares irrigated area, 32 hectares unirrigated, the 60 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 52 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bakraroad is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1752 and has total administration over 311 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jalor to sell leather shoes and make their living.
