Bajwa-Amba is a small village of 135 hectares in Kushalgarh Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bajwa-Amba depends on Kushalgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bajwa-Amba is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bajwa-Amba's pin code is 327602[4], and village code is 03486500. The area of Bajwa-Amba is segregated as 19 hectares irrigated area, 70 hectares unirrigated, the 22 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24 hectare area not available for cultivation.
