Bajhan is a small village of 1400 hectares in Phulpur Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bajhan depends on Jhusi Kohna (C, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply which is 100.00% of the total supply, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Bajhan's pin code is 212404[4], and village code is 05468300. The area of Bajhan is segregated as 215 hectares irrigated area, 1185 hectares unirrigated area. the 15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 48 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bajhan has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Bajhan is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2934 and has total administration over 449 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhusi Kohna (C and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
