Bahrawati is a small village of 393 hectares in Sepau Tehsil in Dholpur district, also known as the land of red stone in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bahrawati depends on DHAULPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Bahrawati is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bahrawati's pin code is 328027[3], and village code is 01144000. The area of Bahrawati is segregated as 232 hectares irrigated area, 102 hectares unirrigated, remaining 59 hectare area not available for cultivation.
