Bahadarpur is a small village of 5515 hectares in Sapotra Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bahadarpur depends on KARAULI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bahadarpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bahadarpur's pin code is 322249[4], and village code is 01258700. The area of Bahadarpur is segregated as 165.77 hectares irrigated area, 191.81 hectares unirrigated, the 505.36 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 616.39 hectare area not available for cultivation.
