Bagbana is a small village of 196 hectares in Karchhana Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bagbana depends on NAINI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Bagbana's pin code is 212301[4], and village code is 05526700. The area of Bagbana is segregated as 97.06 hectares irrigated area, 19.98 hectares unirrigated area. the 52.61 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 20.7 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NAINI and Allahabad to sell bricks and make their living.
