Baderi is a village and a gram panchayat in Umaria district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. Situated 5 kilometers from Umaria on Umaria-Bandhavgarh road. Agriculture is the occupation of the majority of villagers. There is a Government Senior Secondary School, a girl school and a Central Academy school. Bagheli language and Hindi are spoken throughout the village.

Bandhavgarh National Park is very close to this village. Bandhavgarh national park is one of the wildlife sanctuaries in the state of Madhya Pradesh, situated 26 km away from Baderi village.

As of 2011 India Census, Baderi had a population of 2,314. Males are 1,194 and females are 1.120.
