Badawali is a small village of 977 hectares in Sarada Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Badawali depends on Salumbar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 6.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Badawali is also near by One lake. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Badawali's pin code is 313026[4], and village code is 03261500. The area of Badawali is segregated as 26 hectares irrigated area, 175 hectares unirrigated, the 285 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 491 hectare area not available for cultivation.
