Somatic Trauma Therapy

Autonomic Nervous System Precision Regulation Chart
The chart is featured in Rothschild's book, The Body Remembers Volume 2: Revolutionizing Trauma Treatment. Similar to Siegel's Window of Tolerance [3] and including terminology from Polyvagal Theory [4]. The developing mind: Toward a neurobiology of interpersonal experience. Guilford Press, it features color-coded autonomic nervous system states, with the usual accompanying physical and emotional responses to identify the ANS state.
