Kells later launched 'Creators Who Hustle,' a network with the aim to educate, uplift, and empower anyone wishing to work in the entertainment industry by sharing knowledge and skills, as well as providing tools, resources, and experiences.[18] Kells, since then has hosted a number of programs and events across the country, including Black Girls Rock, MTV Music Awards, Amber Rose Slut Walk, BET's Hip Hop Awards/Soul Train Awards, and many others.[19]
Kells has managed several events in the LA, Charlotte, NC, Miami, FL, and Atlanta areas, in addition to journalism and other production credits.[20] She also provides public relations services to organizations, expos, conferences, authors, influencers, celebrities, brands, and entrepreneurs, always supporting the growth of small enterprises in the community.
