Autoforsure is a mobile app for hailing auto rickshaws in India. It was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Nagpur, India. The company operates in Delhi, Nagpur, and Manipal. Autoforsure; endowed to change the conventional halt and go method of hiring an auto-rickshaw in India. During the COVID-19, loss of trade caused a significant upsurge in Autoforsure initial days as it provided the business opportunity to unemployed drivers in India.
History
Autoforsure was conceived in COVID-19 lockdown due to COVID-19 in India in September 2020 by founder Sarthak Sharma and co-founder Kushagra Kumar. Autoforsure was eventually started by displaying contact information of auto rickshaw drivers who registered themselves, which was then later converted into a mobile application available on Android. In December 2020, Autoforsure served 2,500 passengers per month, with more than 500 local auto-rickshaw drivers registered on the platform.
