Early life and family
Guevara grandmother is Connie Conway, who with her mother Patti Steele was a vaudeville and showtune singer duo with a Modern Records contract. She is related to Romy Flores of DeathbyRomy. Guevara is of British and Spanish descent.
Career
Music
Guevara founded the post punk record company Guevara Entertainment in 2005 with Andre Mendoza of California. Following the elusive independent Levelplane Records as a point of operating genius for their relevant breeding of post punk revival on the East Coast, she saw it as something the West Coast was lacking, Guevara utilized the popular social networking websites to scout talent from Southern states and promote their tours on the West Coast states.[2][3] She assumed artistic direction of the label, suggesting limited release runs for some of the eleven bands on their roster, designing most releases on vinyl and CD personally.
Modeling
Guevara has appeared in music videos for Filter, ZZ Top, Jane's Addiction,The Struts and others. She is commonly referred to as a "Walking Nagel", frequently donning the familiar red lipstick and dark hair look of Patrick Nagel paintings.
