Aureo Gold (born March 4, 1995) is a Mozambican entrepreneur.
Early life and education
Gold was born and raised in Maputo, Mozambique, the son of Adolfo Dionisio Alfredo Sevene and Ana Paula Mathusse Sevene.
Career
Gold decided to pursue music in 2013 and began purchasing instruments from Maputo and Nelspruit-based manufacturers. In 2014, he started producing his debut album and project song in Portuguese and English in Maputo and Johannesburg. In 2016, he met his business partner and friend, Dreamer Anonymous. They shared the same passion and love for music. Later that same year, he released a music video for Juntos a flyar, filmed in Maputo. The release of Gold's music video aided in his rise to prominence, and various record labels, publishers, and producers approached him over working together. During 2017-2018, Gold collaborated with several record companies and producers. However, the lack of professionalism and the long list of musicians who waited for years for their projects to be released prompted him to depart and establish his record label.[1]
