Dr. Atsushi Kamal Okuda (born 1960) is a Japanese scientist, educator, self-proclaimed Messenger of Allah and former professor of political systems at Keio University.[1]

In Keio University or Shonan Fujisawa Campus Okuda is organizing a reception program for Arab students called the 'Ahlan wa Sahlan Program' "ASP".[4]

Okoda accepted Islam after long research about Islam.[5][6] He worked to propagate Islam in Japan.[7]
