Asmita Rana (अस्मिता राना) is a Nepalese model.[1], dancer, and singer[2]. Rana was born in Putalibazar - Syangja Nepal. She mainly appears on music videos of Dohori|Nepali folk and modern songs. She has been featured in more than 100 Nepali music videos [3][4]. Her music videos Gau nai Ramailo, Relai Salala, Abhagi Cheli, Rastrasewak are some of her hits [5]
Early life and career
Rana was born in Putalibazar, Syangja, Nepal. She had been interested in dance since her childhood.[4]. After completing SLC, she went to Chitwan, where she completed Intermediate level.[3]. During her stay at Chitwan, she received formal dance training. After that, she moved to Kathmandu for further studies, where she began her professional career[4]
