Asayach is a small village of 2523 hectares in Jaisalmer Tehsil in Jaisalmer district, nicknamed ""The Golden city"" in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Asayach depends on JAISALMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Asayach is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Asayach's pin code is 345001[4], and village code is 02044600. The area of Asayach is segregated as 450.85 hectares unirrigated, the 2030.84 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 41.06 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Asayach is a census village in the district of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 451 and has total administration over 71 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaisalmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
