Arwara is a small village of 498 hectares in Rajsamand Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of , India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Arwara depends on AMET, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 80.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Arwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Arwara's pin code is 313334[4], and village code is 03013100. The area of Arwara is segregated as 89 hectares irrigated area, 48 hectares unirrigated, the 284 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 77.01 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of AMET and Rajsamand to sell marble tiles and make their living.
