Arvind Shantilal Rana is an Indian politician associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He is currently a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Surat East Assembly constituency in Gujarat, having won the elections in 2017 and 2022.[1]
Early Life and Education
Arvind Rana was born on January 28, 1961, in Surat, Gujarat, to Shantilal Rana. He completed his 12th Pass from T & T.V. Public High School in Surat.
Political Career
Arvind Rana joined the BJP and contested the Gujarat Legislative Assembly elections from the Surat East Constituency in 2017. He won the election by a significant margin of votes and became an MLA. Rana was re-elected from the same constituency in 2022 with an increased vote share.[2]

Arvind Shantilal Rana is married to Lajvantiben Rana, who is a businesswoman. The couple has two children.[4]
