Arvind Otta (Hindi: अरविन्द ओत्ता) is an Indian Psychologist and Mental Health Activist[2] known for his involvement in various social initiative and Mental health activities.[3] He has garnered attention for his efforts in advocating for the rights of those people who are suffering from Mental Health Illness and working towards the improvement of their conditions in India. He is founder and First Editor of Chief of Mental health Magazine Psychologs.[4][5][6][7] He also wrote books on self help and Mental Health well-being.[8][9]
