Arvind Malik (born 14 June 1993) is an Indian Paralympian .He was Diagnosed with neural damage at age 9. He primarily competes in discus,shotput, and javelin for Asian Para Games in the F35 category.

Career

ArvindMalik started his Athletics career in 2012 and secured Medals for India in the men's discus F37 event at Asia Oceania Championship in 2016. He also competed at Asian Para Games 2014 where he was placed 7th in Discus throw F37 .At Asian Para Games 2018 Jakarta he was placed 5th in Shotput F35 . At the Paralympic Games Tokyo he was 7th in Shotput F35 and Recently at the Asian Para Games 2022 Hangzhou he was placed 4th in Men’s Shotput F35.
