Arthur Dess (real name: Artur Kulawiak) is a mural artist based in the United Kingdom, originally from Poland., known for his hand-painted wall murals in residential and public spaces across the United Kingdom. He is the founder of Paint Prestige Murals.
Career
Arthur Dess is recognised for his for his detailed, Hand Painted Murals featuring characters and imaginative themes. His work ranges from children’s bedrooms to commercial interiors and community spaces.
In 2024, he painted a large, colourful mural at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex, as part of an NHS initiative to improve the environment in the children’s ward.[1]
He also volunteered his time to create a superhero-themed mural for a terminally ill boy in Kent, transforming the child’s bedroom. The story was covered by local media and received widespread attention.[2]
