Anton Kolotilin is an economist known for his work in microeconomic theory, information economics, and political economy. He is currently a Professor at the UNSW Business School.
Early life and education
Kolotilin was born in Barnaul. He completed his undergraduate and master's studies in Applied Physics and Mathematics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), where he graduated with distinction. He went on to receive a Master of Arts in Economics, summa cum laude, from the New Economic School. In 2012, he earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).[1]
Career
Kolotilin began his academic career at the UNSW Business School in 2012. Over the years, he has served in various academic capacities, ascending from Lecturer to Professor. He has held visiting scholar positions at MIT Sloan and Stanford University.[2]
