Antiqa Ceramic Private Limited was incorporated on 30th May, 2014,with Brijesh Bhai Fultariya, Rajesh Bhai Jakasaniya, and Vipul Bhai Kundariya as the main promoters and directors.Initially, Antiqa Ceramic Private Limited was manufacturing 12x12, 12x18,and 12x24 wall tiles and began production on 10th February, 2015.Transition in Leadership Over time, the share holding structure evolved. Other shareholders/directors retired, except Vipul Bhai Kundariya. Milan Bhai Kundariya and Darshan Bhai Kundariya joined Antiqa Ceramic Private Limited on 11th July, 2016. Currently, the share holders/directors are Vipul Bhai Kundariya, Milan Bhai Kundariya, and Darshan Bhai Kundariya. Product Evolution Upon incorporation, the company initially focused on producing wall tiles.Subsequently, Antiqa Ceramic Private Limited transitioned to manufacturing semi-vitrified tiles. Today, the company specializes in the production of 12x24 inch and 24x24 inch ceramic tiles.
