Ansh Bassan (born 25 January 2005) is an American pickleball player based in Richmond, Virginia.
At just about 17 years of age, he was added to the Top 50 Juniors ranking list as one of the Top Pickleball Juniors in the world, taking place around #20, according to DUPR, an AI-based rating system.
Because of his extraordinary junior rating and name recognition around his hometown, the Richmond Times-Dispatch covered him in an interview at his local courts.[1]
While he was still in high school when he started playing pickleball, he's made his way up the ranks quickly, and is sponsored by A11N Sports, a pickleball brand that provides gear for all pickleball players. He's been signed with them since 2021 and continues to pursue his passion with their support and brand image.
