Anette Lenz (born in 1964 in Esslingen, Germany) is a German graphic designer who lives and works in France.
She began her career as a member of the design collective Grapus, after which she co-founded the design studio Nous Travaillons Ensemble with fellow member Alex Jordan. Since 1993, she has worked independently, with a focus on poster and identity work for the cultural institution including the City of Paris, the French Ministry of Culture, Radio France, the French Senate, the Museé des Arts Décoratifs, Le Monde, and the Théâtre d’Angoulême. [1]
Since 1999 she is a member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale[2], and became a Chevalier des Arts et de Lettres in 2015[3]. She was featured in the exhibition Elles@Centre Pompidou in Paris[4][5] and has received numerous awards for her work.[6] Lenz is a professor of Visual Communication at HEAD in Geneva.[7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12]
