Andrew Lipman is an American historian and professor at Barnard College in New York City.[1] He specializes in Colonial History of the United States. His first book, The Saltwater Frontier: Indians and the Contest for the American Coast, was published by Yale University Press[2] and won the Bancroft Prize in 2016.[3]
